How Long Does Delivery Take After Shipping?

  2. During promotion or holiday seasons, delivery may take 7–14 business days

If your address is outside our standard shipping range (even within a listed country), we will contact you to confirm whether you would like to change the delivery address or cancel the order.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

For international orders, we primarily use logistics providers such as Yanwen and 4PX for front-end transportation.
Once the package arrives in the destination country, a local carrier will be assigned for final delivery.

Please note:

  1. Customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  2. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on destination.

When Will I Receive My Order?

In most cases, orders are delivered within 1–2 weeks after shipment.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other external factors.
WISEPRO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.


Can I Change the Delivery Address After Shipping?

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

Will Multiple Items Be Delivered Together?

We do our best to ship all items in one package whenever possible.
However, in some cases, items may be shipped separately depending on availability or shipping methods.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate shipping notifications.
